The Swim Global Project

 

Terry Legg, LSCA founder and Southport SLSC Chaplain meet online with other to discus the Swim Global Project. Nathalie Martin, CEO of Swim Global Project and a member of Canada Life Saving is a drowning prevention advocate and arranged the Zoom meeting to gather like-minded people from all over the world to help strengthen the global movement of understanding and to support aquatic education worldwide.

The main speaker was Moses Kazlinga from Uganda who is a great supporter of drowning prevention by education. Uganda has many drowning due to the large amount of waterways that children need to cross just to get the school.
